If you're not into asking your friends for clothes, a few new (and cool) rental shops have appeared in Helsinki with the focus on renting clothes, instead of selling them. This way the garment gets many uses instead of one and stay hanging in your closet.

Vintage and pre-loved fashion is becoming the new norm. We love the endless possibilities this offers. You can find unique pieces to spice up your wardrobe. There are plenty of beautiful vintage shops and pre-loved shops in Helsinki, and for the ones who don't mind seeing the garment live, there are many apps from which you can find special pieces.

Also, when shopping remember to take a reusable grocery bag to avoid using single plastic bags.
