Refund policy

 

Nuarswim wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we're here to help you get your order correct.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note that your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nuarswim.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When your return is accepted you have to return the goods promptly and at the latest within 14 days after the acceptance notification, to the Return Address given to you. 

NUARSWIM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS OF YOUR RETURN ITEM/S. Please note, that we do not stand for customs payments. Any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the customer's sole responsibility, and we cannot refund these costs. Please mark your package as a return when sending it back to us.

The customer is responsible for the return until it reaches us. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns, please make sure to verify the information and our address details before sending anything back.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@nuarswim.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty and the item cannot be replaced**

 

Cancel or change your order 

In Nuarswim we work fast so you can get your suits as soon as possible, so once you have made your order we are unable to make any changes. Before finalizing your purchase please double check that the items in your order, the shipping address, and the email address are correct. If you're unsure please contact us at info@nuarswim.com and we'll help you out. 

 

Unclaimed packages

Packages that haven't been claimed and for which no notice of cancelation has been provided are subject to shipping costs. Please notice, that unclaimed packages are not the same as canceling or returning an order. 

The delivery will be made to the delivery address stated on your order form. If the package cannot be delivered because the address given is incorrect or the customer fails to pick up the package from the collection point in time, we will refund the price of the products reduced by the delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods and any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us. In the event of re-dispatching the order after it has been returned to us, there may be a charge. 

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes items have to be exchanged because of wrong sizing or other reasons. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will send you a free shipping code so that you can place a new order without having to pay for shipping twice. Please note that the free shipping code is only valid for exchange orders valued over 20e.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note that shipping fees are not refundable. If you have used our free shipping (for orders over 150€) but return items so that your total order value after the return is less than 150€, our standard shipping cost will apply and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
