DRINK YOUR GREENS

Every once in a while we love to do a cheeky detox and purify our bodies of all the bad stuff. Green smoothies have a great variety of health benefits, among them, it gives you a whole lot of energy, it helps with digestion, it helps to improve your skin, your sleep quality improves, it's easier to loose weight and it works as body cleanser. Pretty cool, right? We want you to feel as good as we do and we want to share this beautiful recipe with you!

So, you'll want to do this for for two weeks and drink it every morning on an empty stomach. 

You'll need: 

- 1/2 cucumber 

- slice of pineapple

- GREEN apple

-orange juice (from a real orange!)

- 2 table spoons of edible Aloe Vera gel
