On-demand Production

On-demand means we won't be overproducing or underproducing any products in our collections. When ordering any of our products on-demand you will be supporting a conscious way of shopping. On-demand products are not available for immediate shipping, this is why we give you a 10% off at launch - to encourage on-demand shopping.

Once you have placed your order we will deliver it as soon as it is available. On every product page you will be able to see the estimated delivery date. 

HOW LONG IS THE ON-DEMAND PHASE? 

After we launch a collection, we have a window of 10 days for you to pre-order your new favourite swimsuits with a 10% discount. After this, the discount drops to 5%, until the products are ready to be shipped. When pre-orders are sent out, the items are then in-stock and at full price.

All on-demand orders are charged straight away, when the order is placed.

Of course, an on-demand order can be cancelled only if it has not shipped. If you want to cancel your order please contact us at info@nuarswim.com

On-demand items have the same return policies as in-stock items. If you change your mind, you have 14 days time within receiving your products to request a return. You can read more about our return policies here.

If you order in-stock and on-demand items in the same order, the whole order will be delivered once the on-demand items are available. If you're not in a hurry to get the in-stock products, that is great. Otherwise, we would recommend for you to place different orders, so that you can get your in-stock items right away and on-demand items once they are available for delivery.
